Our Story
Our journey began with a deep-rooted passion for hospitality and a vision that hotels could do more to optimize performance. This drive led to the founding of Holistic Hospitality Consultants in 2024, with a clear mission: to help hotels maximize revenue and surpass their competitors.
As demand for revenue management consulting grew, we realized it was time to create a dedicated consultancy within the Epsilon Net Group, this led to our partnership with Victor Matsas, a prominent figure in the hospitality industry and co-founder of WebHotelier, the leading online reservations platform for the sector. Victor’s extensive experience includes involvement in projects related to business intelligence and price optimization systems for hotels. His profound understanding of the industry and his innovative approaches have been instrumental in transforming our services into a full service revenue management provider for hotels in Greece and beyond.
